Lets focus on WHAT DO I WANT?
We focus on the noble aspirations in life: calm, understanding, peace, focus, attention, affection, freedom, contentment, equanimity, appreciation, surrender, creativity, LOVE. We all have our own list.

Close your eyes gently and repeat to yourself:
What do i want?
What do i really really want?
At the same time we ask yourself What do I really don’t need in my life?.

What can I do without these feelings?… Once we moved passed that we can focus on our deepest desires:
Breathe in and let all this contentment fill you as it goes in, and as your body signals the breath out, let all the things you don’t need anymore out of your being.

Send this question to the universe and let this experience heal you.
Remember give yourself positive affirmations and look on how you’ve done the work through these days. How everything is connected to each intention and enjoy this obstacle course because you are walking the path and you own it. Isn’t it beautiful?

  • Anxiety
  • Stubbornness
  • Worries

Visualize your family and friends, wish for them all your desires of love, peace, contentment, happiness, calmness, understanding, appreciation and general affection in their lives.

Eliminate from their life all these feelings of pain, sadness , fear, sorrow, insecurities.

Imagine the same for strangers that we don’t know their stories or who they are. Send same desires of love, peace, contentment, happiness, calmness, understanding, appreciation and general affection in their lives.
