Trans Models That Are Killing The Game Right Now
There are tons of breathtaking ladies slaying the modelling game right now. And not all of those ladies were born with two X chromosomes.
The most fierce babes in the game right now are these transgender hotties who are breaking boundaries, giving us incredible angles, and making a difference in the world.
These gals prove that modelling is more than having a famous last name – it’s about straight-up skills, and being a role model for our future generations.
This luscious haired, edgy beauty is a Brooklyn model, DJ, writer, and visual/performance artist. Jack of all trades, much? She helped evolve New York’s club culture for the LGBTQ community, and is a creative luminary in all of her arts. Her work has been featured in the New Museum and the Museum Of Modern Art. She studied art, gender studies, and human rights in school, and all of that is reflected in her provocative work and impressive modelling chops. Juliana won’t subscribe to any label, and that’s why she’s our role model.
You might recognize this super babe from Playboy magazine. She was actually the first transgender woman to grace the magazine, and the cover is actually how she celebrated her coming out. Playboy is a big part of female sexuality in the media, and a trans woman starting to redefine those beauty norms is something that we need to applaud. Nobody knew that Teddy Quinlivan was trans up until last year, in 2017. The stunner has walked for everyone from Diane Von Furstenberg to Jeremy Scott, and the 23 year old decided to come out due to the chaotic political climate of the past couple of years. Many designers like Mar Jacobs expressed their support for Teddy, and we think that this move has helped millions of people worldwide in feeling support as well. This is definitely Teddy’s year, and we can’t wait to see her thrive.
Leyna Bloom is the mixed model that needs to be on your radar ASAP. Her mom is Filipina and her dad was African American – from a young age she knew she was trans, and her dad was very supportive. She’s appeared on Vogue India and walked for Chromat in 2017 New York Fashion Week. Her latest goal is to tackle the world of lingerie – she called out Victoria’s Secret for not featuring any trans models of color, and says she wants to become the first trans woman of color to walk their runways. We hope her call for diversity is heard and we see her strutting those wings soon.

This model now looks truly comfortable in her own skin, rocking her true identity with an unsurmountable level of fierceness.
