I Love Cheap Thrills: Four Tips To Score Amazing Deals
You can say that I am a bargain queen. I pride myself on not paying full price for pretty much everything, whether it may be lunch or a new purse. Throughout the years, I’ve become a whiz on getting good deals, so if you’re strapped for cash, here’s a few tips to help fatten your wallet.
The outlet center is a hidden gem. You probably get away with paying at least half price walking in the door. But, the real savings is when you hit the clearance section, where you can score an extra 75 percent on top of that discount.
You can also go to Macy’s Backstage shopping center if your local Macy’s has one.
They have some great deals, including $50 for a Michael Kors handbag. An excellent deal if you ask me.
Become a Maxxinsta
TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Homegoods are a must for all discount shoppers. I’ve scored some amazing deals at TJ Maxx. For example, I recently found a Kate Spade purse — originally priced at $178 — for $59.
And, they have a wide variety of things to shop from — from beautiful jewelry to apparel to beauty. TJ Maxx is one of those stores that once you go down the rabbit hole, you just don’t
know what you could find. Like last week, when I found a hardcover copy of Wonder for $8.

So many stores offer the option where if you sign up for the newsletter, you’ll get a coupon code for an addition percentage off. Some stores that do this include: Barnes and Noble, Alex and Ani , and Dogeared . It may only be 15 percent, but hey — any additional amount is helpful.

There’s an app for everything these days. However, did you know you can use these apps to help save money?
Well you can. And, they are free. #awesome.
Some great ones to check out are the ones for McDonald’s, Kohls, and Dunkin’ Donuts. On that app, you can get so many things including — discounts off of your order, and even free stuff. Yup, that’s right. I said free.
