Eighty Seven Park by Renzo Piano
Have you ever heard about Renzo Piano? And why are we featuring an architect on Americanoize?! Well, in 2006, Piano was selected by the TIME as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. Moreover, whatever he says or touches is a big hit for our cultural and art landscape.
Renzo Piano’s first residential project in the United States will be for instance the awe-inspiring Eighty Seven Park. The landmark, luxury beachfront building will bring together architecture, design and the natural landscape, seamlessly embracing the adjacent 35-acre park and ocean in North Beach.
Each residence will be home to an expanse balcony equipped with large glass doors, which will disappear when open in an effort to erase the harsh distinction between inside and outside.
Eighty Seven Park’s world-class amenities include a wine cellar, a carefully curated library, two swimming pools featuring a series of cabanas as well as a children’s play area, a Fugo bar serving freshly made juices, smoothies and salads, a state-of-the-art gym, relaxation spa, sauna and steam rooms, as well as valet services.
“It is an honor to be working alongside some of the greatest talents our industry has ever seen,”
said David Martin, President of Terra. “We’ve always strived to construct projects that will have a positive impact on their surroundings and, by extension, the people who live there. Eighty Seven Park is no exception, and will offer a residential retreat that will bring a dynamic energy to the environment.”
So, we cannot wait to see the new building once opened and maybe meet Renzo at the gran opening!
